My first week of teaching full loaded classes..

Mi primera semana de clases completas!
I feel tired and anxious about this coming second week of full loaded classes.
In general, my first week of full loaded classes ,which was last week went OK. However, I still have to make a lot changes not only in my daily planning, but also in the way I deliver some instructions to my little ones.
With my  higher level classes, I usually have not troubles at all, because they usually respond really well  when I have to introduce new instructions, however; my little ones ( KINDER) they don't really follow my instructions at all,  and I feel so frustrated and exhausted when I have them;(
My CT keeps saying that I should be ready for them in the way that I should not give them any  gap in between my transitions, but it so hard just to get their attention to keep going with my lesson that I don't know what else to do with them!!! CRAZYYYYYY adorable little ones...Specially these 4 xxxxx students who are the trouble makers in my kinder class. In my reflection about how to improve my classroom management when teaching Kinder, I  decided to first start a reward system for those who behaves REALLY well during our 45 min class. Second, I will choose the student of the day by choosing the best student who behaved well in the last class. The student of the day will help me to pass around any material and also will be the leader of the row when leaving my classroom. I hope this strategy work some how with these xxxx students' behaviors.
I really hope that this week will be a good one.
Also, on Tuesday I will be having my second observation! By the way, my first one went really well, which actually helped me gained more confidence about of my skills.
Bueno, I'd better start working in my planning for next week:)
